As I sit here drinking a vodka martini, it hit me to write an article on Scotch whisky. Do not ask me why, let’s just roll with it. Scotch was not a beverage I enjoyed from the start. It took many years and many role models to finally understand what it was all about. I’m not quite sure when it was that I started to look forward to sticking the liquid equivalent to a peat covered oak log into my mouth, but I’m sure glad it did.
And, out of that sudden unpredictable enjoyment, comes this SAS guide to scotch Whisky. Like a glass of aged single malt, enjoy…

As Craig was quite “built” in Casino Royale, cardio should be kept to a minimum (two days to three days per week) and heavy weight training should be the focus of the workout plan, particularly in the upper body. While pushing yourself at the gym is important, it is also imperative that you focus on rest and recuperation; if you aren’t getting enough sleep, chances are that your gains will suffer.
A workout for your upper body…

Secret Agent Style and the color pink? Hmmm... At first the two don't go hand in hand. But, if you are talking about Pink, Thomas Pink, then yes, it all makes sense. Thomas Pink is the UK mens retailer that specializes in high quality style. From ties to shirts, boxers to cufflinks or scarfs to socks, Thomas will not disappoint.
Pink was set up in 1984 by three Irish brothers – James, Peter and John Mullen. Their idea was to reinvent the traditional Jermyn Street shirt, taking it to a wider, aspirational audience. The brand name Thomas Pink came from an 18th century London tailor known for making sought-after red hunting jackets. If you were lucky enough to own one, you were said to be ‘in the pink’.
Our first store opened in Chelsea, London, offering classic-cut shirts in stylish, bold weaves and colors. Further stores soon followed in the West End and City of London, their distinctive interiors, pink-and-black packaging, and much-admired shirts quickly attracting a loyal clientèle.

How would Dolce & Gabbana design a building? That is exactly what they are doing in Milan with the Metropol Theater. The historic Milanese Theater, built in the 1940's, is being completely rennovated and redesigned in a way that only D&G can do it. In addition to events for the fashion house, the Metropol will have plenty of space to host a whole array of chic venues.
Naturally, this project is distinguished by the sophisticated architectural fusion that is the hallmark of all Dolce & Gabbana projects: sleek lines and volumes, "Mediterranean" materials like basaltina stone and black opaline glass, exquisite finishes and detailing, and refined interiors.
The focal point of the space is an enormous room with approximately 1000 square metres of floor space and dramatic 15-metre-high arches, with a surprising new balcony made of black glass. Reception areas fan out from the room to offer the public maximum comfort and leisure. On the basement level are the support and service areas, equipped to ensure the building's smooth operation.

The classic gray suit is nothing short of a style must. It has never gone out of style, it will always be in style and without one you have no style.
Whether it's dark or light, it looks good with almost everything and can be worn in all situations. No secret agent should be without at least one in his lead lined closet. And fortunately for us the gray suit is back in style.
Never before have there been so many options for adding one to your wardrobe. There are a virtually an unlimited number of combinations of cut, style, color and fabrics. And while they are all gray there is something that will appeal to all.
I have pulled from a number of sites the best gray suits in our opinion. Make sure to hit all the links for the full array of styles.

If you find yourself in NY you have to check out Century 21 department stores. All of its merchandise is sold less than the usual department store price. There are stores located in Long Island, Brooklyn, Morristown, Paramus, and Rego Park, but the largest location is in Lower Manhattan. Century 21 is famous for having deeply discounted designer clothing, accessories, shoes, and housewares.
But this is no Ross. They have some of the highest quality designer clothes. You can find suits, shirts, ties, slacks and shoes from all your favorite designers. It's a mad house though so you have to be prepared to, as the store says, "fight for it". Not the most dignified ways to acquire dapper duds but sometimes you just have to do it.
