| New Fujitsu U810 UMPC Reviewed |
Secret Agent Style Reviews the Brand New Fujitsu Ultra Mobile PC, U-series. The ultimate head-turner in mobile computing.Click the Link for our Exclusive review! The New Fujitsu U-810 is going to take the UMPC (Ultra Mobile PC) market by storm. Unlike other UMPC models such as the sony, or kojinsha, Fujitsu has made a micro-laptop, and has done it beautifully. Some UMPC's have hard to use touch screen keys, or blackberry style keys, however the Fujitsu has the traditional soft-touch laptop keys that make it easy to use.It also has a traditional tablet feature with stylus, loaded with windows vista basic, which has all of the tablet features. It also boasts a fingerprint reader for security, which is very easy to setup with the on-baord omnipass software. Once we set it up, we were totally hooked, and don't want to ever type in our login password again. The UMPC also has bluetooth, USB ports, SD card slot, built in webcam, and wireless g, all of which has worked very well and maintained a stable signal. Did I mention its only about 1 and a half pounds? Because of its slim size, DVD drive is external USB optional. The docking station has extra USB ports and video ports. But I think the most noticable thing about this little tablet is the fact that almost everyone I see, including strangers on the street have stopped to ask what it is, and where they can get it. For trips it is perfect, you throw it in your bag and it is so small you don't have to worry about the seat in front of you crushing your screen on the Plane. Fujitsu has done a fantastic job on this one, and priced at under $1,000 we know they are going to have a lot of happy customers.
